SharePoint Classic Pages - How do I stop Windows scaling causing problems?

So you've set up your SharePoint Classic Page to display nicely on a certain screen resolution; however, when someone else on a high resolution display hits that same page, the scaling is all wrong! This is caused by Windows scaling applications for high resolution displays. The fix (using Chrome as an example) is to ensure your browser doesn't scale by adding the /high-dpi-support=1 /force-device-scale-factor=1 arguments when starting Chrome.
